Golf’s second major, the PGA Championship was May 15-18 from Quail Hollow Golf Club in Charlotte, North Carolina.

With plenty of storylines going in, plenty of big names missed the cut, and top players like Rory McIlroy and Xander Schauffele barely made the weekend.

In the end, Scottie Scheffler ran away from the field. Entering the final round with a three-shot lead, Scheffler was briefly tied with Jon Rahm early on the back-nine before pulling away.

Scheffler finished at 11-under, giving him a five-shot win.

The purse was $19 million, up from $18.5 million last year.
