In 2003, chairman Hootie Johnson placed the jacket on Woods when he won his third of five Masters titles.
The lone exception came in 1966 when Jack Nicklaus earned his second straight win and third in his last four tries.
History suggests Nicklaus placed the green jacket on himself, with then-chairman Clifford Roberts not featured in the ceremony.
Thus, if Scottie Scheffler defends his Masters title in 2025, chairman Fred Ridley would place the green jacket on him rather than Jon Rahm, the last winner excluding Scheffler.
