Former two-time Olympic gold medalist Kayla Harrison is taking her talents inside the Octagon as she finally reached an agreement with the UFC and recently signed a contract with the Las Vegas-based promotion. She debuted professionally in 2018 as an MMA fighter and fought in the PFL and Invicta FC.

Harrison dominated the PFL competition, bagging the 2019 and 2021 PFL women’s lightweight titles and racked up an incredible record of 16 wins and one loss. Now that she’s signed with the UFC, when will she make her promotional debut?

As announced by UFC president Dana White on his social media account, the UFC signed Harrison, and she will be making her UFC debut on April 13 at UFC 300, where she faces the former UFC women’s bantamweight champion Holly Holm in a 135-pound contest.
