AL East Odds & Betting Favorite for 2025 MLB Season

After winning the American League East in 2024, the New York Yankees are betting favorites (+110) to repeat as division champions based on the latest MLB odds at the BetMGM online sportsbook.

The AL East hasnโ€™t had a back-to-back winner since the Tampa Bay Rays accomplished the feat in 2020 and 2021.
