Brady joined the Bills midway through the 2023 season, replacing Ken Dorsey. In his first full season, Brady guided Buffalo to second in offensive DVOA, per ftnfantasy.com.
The 36-year-old also spent one additional season with Buffalo prior to becoming offensive coordinator.
In 2022, Brady worked as the quarterbacks coach, a role he also held for the first half of 2023.
Brady owns four additional years of coaching experience in the NFL. From 2017-18, he worked as an offensive assistant for the New Orleans Saints.
After a year with LSU as the pass game coordinator & wide receivers coach, Brady spent two years as the Carolina Panthers’ offensive coordinator.
Before joining the Saints, Brady worked four additional seasons in college football.
His first two seasons coaching came as the William & Mary linebackers coach. Then, he worked as an offensive assistant for Penn State.
