Based on the recent success of the Seahawks defense and Arizona’s penchant for low-scoring home games, my Cardinals vs. Seahawks prediction is Under 44.5 Points (-110).

Through the first nine games of the season, Seattle ranked 20th in EPA per play and 22nd in defensive success rate, per rbsdm.com.
That’s improved dramatically since their Week 10 bye. Against the 49ers, Cardinals and Jets, the Seahawks rank second in defensive EPA per play and fourth in defensive success rate.
After keeping only two of its first nine opponents under 300 yards, Seattle has accomplished that feat in three straight weeks.
In the previous game against Arizona, Seattle limited a strong offense to only two red zone trips and zero touchdowns.
Arizona should improve at home, but I anticipate it won’t be that dramatic a flip.
At the same time, Arizona has played brilliant defensively at home this season.
Only the Steelers have surrendered fewer points per game at home than the Cardinals, which allowed only 10 points against the Seattle offense in Week 12.
Even more shocking is that Arizona’s home defensive record comes in spite of allowing 42 points against the Commanders!
While Seattle’s 26-21 road win over the Jets appears scary for under bettors, consider there was a kickoff return and an interception returned for a touchdown.
As a result, it shouldn’t come as a surprise the Seahawks rank 20th in offensive DVOA.
But against an Arizona defense that’s 12th in defensive DVOA, having faced the second-hardest set of offenses, bettors should expect a low offensive output from Seattle.
For those reasons, it’s the under for me on Sunday in a divisional matchup.
