Josh Allen is an annual MVP candidate who keeps the Buffalo Billsโ€™ odds atop the AFC East market. Heโ€™s also incredibly durable for a mobile quarterback who runs the ball as much as he does.

Thatโ€™s a major reason why Allen was locked up with another huge contract extension in March worth more than a quarter-billion dollars.ย

Josh Allen Contract

In March, Josh Allen signed a six-year, $330 million contract extension that runs through the 2030 season.ย

Josh Allen Signing Bonus

Josh Allen received $56,745,000 as a signing bonus with his new contract extension.

Josh Allen Salary

Josh Allenโ€™s base salary for 2025 is a mere $1.255 million. After factoring in option bonuses and restructured income, that total jumps to about $20.7 million.

Add in Allenโ€™s signing bonus for his new extension, and the total amount of money heโ€™ll make from his NFL contract in 2025 is nearly $77.5 million.ย

Over the life of his extension, Allenโ€™s average annual salary is $55 million.

Josh Allen Guaranteed Money

Josh Allenโ€™s new contract extension includes a total of $147 million in guaranteed money.
