Josh Allen is an annual MVP candidate who keeps the Buffalo Billsโ€™ odds atop the AFC East market. Heโ€™s also incredibly durable for a mobile quarterback that runs the ball as much as he does.

Thatโ€™s a major reason why Allen was locked up with a long contract extension in 2021 worth more than a quarter-billion dollars.ย

Josh Allen Contract

Josh Allen is currently playing on a six-year, $258 million contract extension that runs through the 2028 season.ย

Josh Allen Salary

Josh Allenโ€™s base salary for 2024 is $8.625 million. After bonuses, his total cash earned for 2024 will be about $30 million.

Over the life of his extension, Allenโ€™s average annual salary is just over $43 million.

Josh Allen Guaranteed Money

Josh Allenโ€™s contract includes a total of $150 million in guaranteed money, most of which has already been paid out.ย

NFL fans should expect Allen to negotiate for an updated contract with fresh guarantees and an updated salary in the coming months.
