Although it isn’t a designated event, it has a solid field, including defending champion Sam Burns, Scottie Scheffler and Jordan Spieth. Michael Block, the star of the PGA Championship, got the last sponsor’s exemption.
Since it’s an invitational, there are 120 players in the field. After the first two rounds, it will be cut to the top 65 players and ties.
