Charles Woodson was the first, last, and only player in the modern era of college football to win the Heisman Trophy as a two-way player.ย

Woodson played for Michigan from 1995-97 and won the Heisman in his final season. He raked in accolades for his final collegiate season, nabbing All-America nods, and conference DPOY awards, among others.ย

Michigan finished the year undefeated, won the Rose Bowl, and claimed a share of the national championship.ย

After beating out Peyton Manning for the Heisman Trophy, Woodson was drafted fourth overall by the Raiders and had a long NFL career.

Woodsonโ€™s status as the only two-way player to win the Heisman is in jeopardy in 2024. Travis Hunterโ€™s Heisman odds have flown up the board throughout the season.

The Colorado sensation is now one of the clear finalists in BetMGMโ€™s Heisman Trophy odds market.
