In March 2024, Derrick Henry signed a two-year contract worth $16 million.
Henry’s contract includes several performance incentives. He can earn $500,000 bonuses for each of the following accomplishments:

- 13 total touchdowns
- 15 total touchdowns
- 1,000 rushing yards and a Baltimore Super Bowl win

Derrick Henry Salary
In 2024, Derrick Henry will collect a base salary of $1.21 million – the NFL minimum salary for a veteran player with at least seven years of experience.
In total, Henry will make $9 million in 2024 cash before any potential performance incentives kick in.

Derrick Henry’s contract guaranteed his $9 million in 2024 cash, but he can be cut cleanly ahead of 2025 if the Ravens so choose. He isn’t contractually guaranteed anything for next season.
