Kyler Murray has been targeting a Week 1 return from his ACL injury, but itโ€™s unlikely heโ€™ll be ready to play by Sept. 10.ย

Arizona hasnโ€™t publicly revealed a timetable for Murrayโ€™s return. According to the Athletic, Murrayโ€™s most likely return date is around the start of October.ย

Murray tore his ACL last December, in Week 14 of Arizonaโ€™s 2022 campaign. Heโ€™s been furiously rehabbing ever since. He finished the season ranked 19th in total QBR.

According to the NFL futures market, the Cardinals are expected to be among the worst teams in the NFL this season. They are currently six-point underdogs at Washington for Week 1 at the BetMGM online sportsbook.
